I’ve been trying to figure out how to stay more aware of myself during the day without turning it into some strict routine. A while back I noticed that I was just reacting to things automatically — work, messages, even small situations — without really checking how I feel about them. I tried a few different methods, but nothing really stayed with me. Then I came across The Liven App while reading about self-discovery tools, and it seemed a bit different from typical habit apps. It looks more like something you interact with rather than just track stuff in. So now I’m curious — has anyone here actually used it for a while? Does it become part of your day naturally, or do you end up forgetting about it like most other apps?

I was just scrolling through topics and this one caught my attention. It’s interesting how people are looking for different ways to stay connected with themselves. Personally, I don’t use apps for that, but I do notice that my awareness depends a lot on how my day is structured. If everything is rushed, I barely notice how I feel, but when things slow down a bit, I naturally reflect more. I’ve been trying to keep small pauses during the day, even just a minute or two, and it actually helps more than I expected. Not a system or anything, just a small habit I picked up over time.
