What tools do you use for automating customer communication when your team is just 1–3 people?
I randomly found a discussion in a Slack workspace I’m part of where someone shared a link for customer support automation. Said it’s built with small businesses in mind and not over-complicated like most corporate AI tools. I liked the idea of getting on the ground floor of something that could really help me with client follow-ups. Joined the waitlist and now just waiting to try it out. Even if it covers 30% of my inbox, that’s already worth it.
