Better pumps and vascularity during low-carb days
Hey guys, on keto/cut phase my pumps are gone, veins disappear, muscles look flat even after training. Heard IGF-1 LR3 helps with better nutrient uptake and fuller look even on low carbs. Anyone tried it for that? Did it bring back the pump/vascularity?
